whee, i've just turned... 18! the birthday that doesnt advance. my delusion of choice right now.

so i got lots of new stuff for my bday and the new year. boutiful indeed. let see what i've got!

-new shoes! adidas italia 74.
-new bag! adidas airline original white.
-new t shirt! from some shop at queensway.
-new guitar and 'learn guitar' book and accessories for it.

the last from the good ol gays. aha! guys thanks a hell lot. maybe i can practice harder and __e wont be only one having to suffer thru my renditions of whatevers. aha.

school's goanna start. kinda sucky cos i will get to check physio results. but at least it relieves the monotony and boredem of being stuck at home doing the same old shit again and again and again.

somethings are nice towards the end of what i feel was the most fucked up cheebye knn assholic year of my life. i can only look back, and shudder. how'd i get past it? i can only wonder. must be the magical thing called friends and family.

tragedies at home ah, enlistment ah, stressful results waiting, sch that is quite disappointing, etc. tragic. that year known commonly as 2005 was.

glad for it to be over.

My Papa

2.45 am, 21/03/05, my papa finally lost his battle against late stage kidney cancer after 6 months.

He was a great person. I love him so much and it pains me to see him go. But it pains me even more to see him suffering in that hospital bed with failing organs, and on a morphine drip 24/7 that totally clouded his mind and made him quasi-comatose during his final hours.

A wonderful father, husband, brother, uncle, etc. A great friend. An exemplary worker. We all who know my papa will forever miss him so for we all are losing a very important person in our lives.

Indeed I am saddened at this loss but instead of looking at the glass as half empty, and lamenting the fact that I did not get to spend the rest of my days caring for my papa, sharing my life with him and so on, I will look at the glass as half full. This past 18 years of my life with papa, I can look back now, and say with all conviction, it was a great experience.

I love you, Papa. =)
